Maintaining natural stone treads

Our natural stone overlay treads are designed to stay beautiful for years with minimal maintenance. For daily care, vacuuming or sweeping is sufficient. For stains, you can use a damp cloth with a mild cleaning agent. Avoid abrasive cleaners or steel wool. The treads are stain-resistant and scratch-resistant thanks to the composite material with MOHS hardness 6-7. For a thorough cleaning, we recommend using a special natural stone cleaner twice a year. This way, your staircase will look brand new for years to come.
